After we receive your Request for Return:

You will receive an email with a FedEx shipping authorization number.

To prevent damage in shipping, please ensure that the item is carefully packed in its original packaging.

If you no longer have the original packaging, take your item to a FedEx store and ask them to package it for you. (Packaging fees charged to ZariZar, if any, will be deducted from your refund.)

Return the item within 7 days of its original delivery.

The item is to be returned in its original condition.

In the case of a fabric, it must not have been worn or used, may not be soiled, damaged, or washed mineral may not have been further damaged or altered in any way.

To protect the item, it must be returned in its original – or comparable – packaging.

The Request for a Return Authorization must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item and the item must be shipped back within 14 days of its original delivery date.
